When you sign up for ChargeToCampus, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and campus affiliation. We also collect standard technical information such as your IP address and the referring URL.
We use your information solely to connect you with the EVGIDE carsharing platform, to communicate program updates, and to report aggregate enrollment data to program funders (California Energy Commission, CARB, and Clean Mobility Options) as required by grant terms. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your information is shared with EVGIDE (the carsharing operator) to create your member account. Aggregate, de-identified data may be shared with program funders including the California Energy Commission and the California Air Resources Board for program reporting purposes.
We retain your enrollment information for the duration of the ChargeToCampus program and for up to three years thereafter, as required by California Climate Investments grant compliance requirements.
